Our commissions are the following: 3,89% (incl. 24% vat) out of the free of debt sale price + documentation fee 349€ (incl. 24% vat) However, please note that our minimum commission is 3800€ (incl. 24% vat) + documentation fee 349€ (incl. 24% vat).

There will be no costs if we do not sell your home! No hidden costs! These prices are incl. all, so basically you know from the very beginning the total cost. Fair isnt it ? We would be delighted to visit your home and provide you a formal offer together with an estimate of the sale price.
